The welcome from the staff was warm and they were lovely in their attentiveness throughout the meal, but not overly intrusive.

The food was delicious the portion sizes just right. Goat’s cheese salad was dressed well with little luscious kicks of orange. The duck was a robust dish perfect for a cold evening. The addition of steamed broccoli and crispy almonds really complimented the red cabbage flavours. Too full for pudding.

Thank you to staff at Perrott’s for a lovely relaxed evening meal.

We arrived at Perrots Garden Bistro Sunday evening just before 6, we were greeted by a member of staff and offered a table of our choice. The decor was beautiful and the restaurant itself had a nice relaxed atmosphere. We opted for the Steak and duck, both were cooked to perfection. We had crème brulé and the chocolate Sphere for dessert which was nearly too pretty to even eat! The staff were very attentive on the night and we really enjoyed our experience.

Suberb dining experience at Hayfield Manor. Three of us had a simply glorious 3 course meal. Staff were very professional and helpful.
We had the Duck, the Chicken and the Cod. I got to taste all of them. They were all divine and really excellent. Quality.
For desert we ordered two creme brûlée And cheese board.
Lovely large portions.
Thanks to “First Tables” we got to enjoy a wonderful experience.
We will be definetly be back to dine again.
Well done and thanks to all.

This is a lovely room. Staff very welcoming and attentive. Four of us had main courses all of which were excellent, We had three different main courses monkfish, duck and sole on the bone, which had been expertly taken off the bone before serving. We shared a desert. Very happy with the experience. One caveat, the wine is overpriced.

I really enjoyed my first "First Table" dining experience (sounds like a tongue twister!!). We arrived at Perrot's Restaurant in Hayfield Manor and were greeted with professionalism, humour and hospitality of the highest level. The food was amazing and definitely our pallets were well served in culinary delights. Our booking was for 6pm but at 7.50pm we were informed by the waitress that she needed the table for another booking at 8pm, we had finished our meal and were ready to leave but I feel this fact should be mentioned to diners prior to booking or when booking as for me personally if I am dining for a quick bite to eat or lunch I will take a table for a set amount of time but considering Hayfield Manor is a fine dining experience it is the venue where diners like to relax a little bit more. Overall our experience was fabulous and I definitely recommend "First Table" as a win win for the restaurant and the diner.
