Had a lovely meal yesterday at Brasserie Sixty6. We had the goats cheese tart and smoked salmon to start and both were delicious, we wife had the duck which was done exactly as requested and I had the chicken pie full of large pieces of chicken and full of flavor, we enjoyed every mouthful and we will return to this great restaurant, staff very efficient also.

Brasserie 66 was a great Friday night dining experience. The place had a real buzz, and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly without being overbearing.
The menu had a range of options to cater for any palate. I ordered monkfish for my main course, which was cooked perfectly and served with scrumptious artichokes, olives and a grapefruit emulsion.
I'd recommend the Sundae for desert, but I would give the tiramisu a miss-it wasn't as flavour-packed as I hoped it would be. The staff went as far as to bring out a birthday desert with candles for my dining companion at the end of our meal too, which was a really nice touch.
I wouldn't hesitate to go back for dinner again, and I'd also like to check out their brunch!

Superb in every way!... Those little stuffing rissole balls with the roast chicken are ridiculously good!... yum!!!
And here is the bonus... when you pay your bill you get 20per cent off the first round of drinks over in Fade Street Social cocktail bar... Sure what's not to love about that! :-)

First time to use first table ... we booked for 4 and ended up with 5. We were absolutely delighted with the service and the food was excellent and made all the better when we got our 50%discount off our food for 4. Will definitely be back to Brassiere Sixty6 and will also avail of first table again.

The service was great but the food was a bit disappointing. I ordered the duck and it was tasteless and dry, the side potatoes were just plain boiled potatoes with no flavour or seasoning added. Not enthusiastic on going back again.

Last weekend was our second time to visit Brasserie 66. We had loved it first time round and were keen to return. Usually we book for two but we had family in town from Italy so this time our booking was for four. Everything lived up to our previous visit! The staff were efficient and service overall was flawless. That’s always a good start but even better in Brasserie 66 is the quality of the food. Three of us had chicken wings to start - tasty, juicy, tandoori style morsels of deliciousness. We all agreed they were a great start. Our fourth had smoked salmon simply because she wanted something traditionally Irish. It was perfect! The pale smoked salmon was wafer thin and almost melted on the tongue. The bread it was served on was a big hit (and impressing an Italian with bread outside of Italy is quite an achievement!) Mains were a wonderful variation - Surf n Turf, Monkfish, Rotisserie Chicken and Tiger Prawns with Crab Claws. We commented on what a good sign it was to have temporary silence at the table as everyone dug in! We drank a wonderful Pecorino and didn’t make it to dessert although the waffle was tempting to some of the group. Two great visits out of two - looking forward to making it a hat trick!

Great experience! Food was great from the starters to the main entrees. We had two cocktails each and thoroughly enjoyed them too. Would have stayed longer and had more but had a 7 am flight to catch the next day. Only criticism was service was a bit lacking. Hard to catch the attention of our last server and had to send the bill back twice as the correct discount wasn't added. In the end, it took 20 minutes just to get and pay our bill.

Another great evening in what turns out to be a top restaurant in South Great George’s Street. Brasserie Sixty6 confirms its reputation in the food & wine scene in Dublin. We had the most delicious starters, warmed goats cheese tartlet and crab salad and scrumptious mains, lamb cutlets with shepherd’s pie and surf & turf. A smooth and light Cabernet Sauvignon went down well with the food. Tiramisù for dessert was missing a kick of something but other than that still very tasty.

Had a great meal, starters and mains all delicious with very generous portions! Impressive menu and a good vegetarian menu as well. Dessert was average enough, will probably skip next time which isn't too bad because we were so stuffed after the first two courses anyway!

We got the 7pm reservation for 2 people on a Thursday. It was quite busy but that didn’t slow down service at all ! We shared a starter, got two mains and shared a dessert. It all only came to €51 with two alcoholic drinks on top. Would definitely recommend first table and brassiere 66 to anyone looking for a nice evening meal for that doesn’t break the bank ! Staff and food 10/10

We were seated immediately and brought some bread to start. Wine and cocktails were tasty, we only ordered mains and this was brought out promptly. We both had the surf and turf and found it very tasty however quite small portions and wouldn't be in a rush back for 33 euro we would have expected a bigger portion. Would come back again! Thanks

We had intended on going to Brasserie sixty6 for a long time and on the spur of the moment booked through FirstTable.
We received the warmest of welcomes when we arrived, and the hostesses discretion regarding the special offer deal was perfect. The hostess took great care of us and made sure we were sitting at a nice table (ie not relegating us to the worst table in the place, quite the opposite).
The food menu was fabulous, we had the seared tuna (beautifully fresh) and goats cheese starters(A fantastic combination of flavours), the crabclaws with prawns(more filling than it looks) and duck mains (arrived perfectly medium rare as requested), and sides of tempura sweet potatoes and truffle mushrooms ( just fabulous!). We also had two tobacco old fashioned cocktails, the flair and presentation caught everyone's attention, and they tasted as good as they looked!
All in all, a fantastic meal, in a lovely restaurant with great staff. We're already looking forward to going back!

Lovely meal here with my partner last night. Greeted by friendly staff and seated promptly. We had smoked salmon and crab salad for starters, delicious and good size portions, followed by the monkfish and chop. My partner had to stop himself lifting up the chop to get every last bit, it was cooked to perfection, as was the monkfish. Good selection of wines to choose from also. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal in the lively atmosphere of brasserie sixty6, and will definitely be returning.

My partner and I decided to give a chance to this place and it's lovely. I loved the atmosphere, it's very cosy and warm. The starters were delicious, we ordered chicken wings and the goat cheese tart (this one TOP!). For mains we had steaks, mine that was with tiger prawns wasn't really good, a bit though and nothing special. The guacamole was very acid and it didn't taste as guacamole at all. For desserts we had a waffle and was the best one I've ever tried! Highly recommended! We didn't order any cocktails but they looked amazing, next time!. In general we liked the place, we will be back soon!

The decor in the restaurant is trendy and the seating is comfortable although the music is louder than we would like, but since the tables are quite close together this does perhaps give a better sense of privacy. The staff were all friendly and pleasant mannered. We both had the goats cheese starter which was very tasty. We both had the sirloin steak for main course and each of our steaks was cooked properly to order as we had individually requested, and they were tasty. We were not thrilled with the steak sauce which was thinner than we would like, and the potato that came with the steak was only lukewarm. Overall we were satisfied with the meal. We didn't have dessert but the cheeseboard looked tempting and we may go back sometime to try it out.

Before we even walked through the door I had a good feeling about Brasserie Sixty6. I had booked a table for 6pm and only then noticed that the show we were going to started at 7.30. Popped off an email requesting an earlier table and got an almost immediate reply saying of course they could do that and that there’d be a table waiting for us any time after 5pm. Like I said, a good start!

Front of house staff were warm and welcoming and our waitress was really lovely. We ordered a bottle of Italian Pecorino wine and it was beyond delicious (and beautifully chilled which is always worth a bonus point!)
Starters arrived... the tuna a little lacking in flavour but the chicken wings with mango raita were great. The mains - tiger prawns and crab claws and also wild boar chop were both delicious and deemed to be great choices. The chips that accompanied the prawns were stellar and I was delighted that sharing them was suggested!! I didn’t need to be asked twice!! We finished on coffees and left feeling well-fed and very well looked after.
The food is very good and the staff are gems so all in all it was another great First Tables experience! Can’t wait for the next one....
