Really enjoyed our meal at platform 61. Food was excellent. Service was good but only gave a 4 as the waiter was coming over too often to see how we were doing - got a bit annoying after a while! Will definitely be back though!

I met my friend for dinner in Platform 61 last night and we were both very happy with our meal. I got the bruschetta and the pasta and they were both delicious. Both were quite big portions but I was hungry so devoured them. The staff were lovely and very attentive! We will both definitely be back again soon!

Our first First Table experience, held in Platform 61 was, in a word, WONDERFUL! We were welcomed warmly into the restaurant and the person who seated us seemed excited that we were their first diners using First Table. I certainly didn’t feel any of the awkwardness that I’ve sometimes felt before when using other sites in restaurants...

The staff were exceptional - warm, friendly and chatty without intruding.. it gave a lovely ambience to the setting.

As for the food - it was stunning.. starters of prawns for my partner and chicken skewers for me we’re both delicious. Our mains were lamb, cooked beautifully, and hake cooked with mussels in a saffron broth - it was sensational! The side of baby roast potatoes with truffle and Parmesan were incredibly tasty too!

We almost didn’t have dessert because we’d already eaten so well but temptation won out and we ordered a white chocolate and raspberry brûlée (and two spoons) which was up there with the best I’ve ever eaten... we had a glass of wine each.

We’re hooked! Both on the whole idea of First Table and on Platform 61, which we’ll happily visit again..

All in all a five-star experience - can’t wait for the next one!

Absolutely fabulous experience in Platform 61. Highly recommended. The staff were lovely and very attentive and the food was perfection. I had the prawn started, followed by hake and the white chocolate as raspberry Creme brûlée. It was delicious.
