Toro 31 is a Limerick eatery steeped in history, whiskey and excellent food.

Once belonging to a particularly affluent area of Limerick known for housing nobility, Toro 31 keeps up with tradition by serving the highest quality food in a wonderfully homely setting.

The menu would most definitely have been given a seal of approval by the regulars of old. Continental appetisers such as French onion soup and bruschetta would provide a light yet exotic welcome, while more far-flung Eastern dishes such as the fillet monkfish curry with saffron rice would have blown their wealthy minds. As for the New York striploin, well, that wouldn’t have even been invented yet.
