Cuisine: Bistro, Italian
Price Point: Mains from €10 - €20

Gather your loved ones for a memorable evening at Olivo, an authentic slice of Italy in the Cork Airport Hotel.

Stylish, contemporary interiors, attentive service and warm hospitality combine to create the sort of restaurant you’ll want to visit with the whole family. Whether it’s a special occasion or a casual supper, Olivo has you covered.

Menus revolve around classic Italian dishes cooked with quality Irish ingredients, making for a mouthwatering melting pot of the two cultures. Enjoy antipasto plates, homemade pasta, hearty salads and nurturing mains. Or, keep it quick and tasty with a stone-baked pizza.

Little guests will love Italian favourites such as spag bol and penne napolitano, while adult guests shouldn’t miss the zingy limoncello posset.

Throw in a well-priced wine list and a cheeky cocktail or two and you may find you don’t feel the need to get on that flight after all...

Excellent Restaurant. We had 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 desserts as well as a kids meal. All good was lovely. Staff really helpful and attentive. They are especially good with kids. Supplying our 2 year old daughter with a play pack when we sat down. They also gave a little present to her when we were leaving. Brilliant

We really enjoyed our night at Olivo Italian Eatery from start to finish . The staff were so lovely and helpful without being in the way . We loved the style of the eatery , really inviting , classy but oh so relaxing especially with the comfortable and stylish sofas for after dinner chats . The Prawn Linguine was right down my alley , spicy enough not to deter from the prawns and the linguine was so silky . One of my friends had the Seabass , beautifully cooked and she totally cleared her plate . Another had the Pollo Al Funghi and once again the taste was amazing . We finished with Chocolate Bread and Butter pudding for one ( fantastic to see this classic desert ) and another had a Tiramisu and I finished off with a Chocolate Hazelnut Brownie with hazelnut ice cream and raspberry sauce which was totally divine and for a brownie dare I say light ?? What can I say except that we cant wait to go back again . WE came away with plans to return as soon as possible due to the location (free no hassle parking ) . Beautiful stylish surroundings , wonderful service and amazing food .

We visited Olivo on Wed 20th Nov.It was a really bad night in Cork so it was great to come into the warmth and welcome of such a lovely place. The staff are great and really friendly and immediately showed us to our table. Since our last visit about a month ago they have added a sheet of specials of the day. We choose between this and the regular menu and ended up having two lovely meals. The salmon starter on the specials sheet as will as the roast pork were both memorable and well priced. The choice of Italian food etc on the main menu is the best in Cork. Olivo is a great place for a meal that we would highly recommend .We will be back soon.

The restaurant was beautifully decorated and had a nice atmosphere. The food was great, we had garlic bread to start followed by Lemon Chicken Salad & Chicken Al Funghi. We could not resist the desserts - Chocolate & Hazelnut Brownie and Jelly & ice-cream. They did not disappoint and we finished every last bit!

We thoroughly enjoyed Olivo Restaurant and will certainly be returning again. The setting, atmosphere, food and service cannot be faulted. It is family friendly but is also somewhere you would relax and enjoy with just two! Three of us enjoyed a mix of olives, breads and calamari to start and we went on to try a great pizza, tortellini pasta (delicious & satisfying) and chicken arrabiata all of which I would have again. A really great find and as good as any Italian food I have tried elsewhere. I would happily pay 100%. Thanks First Table and Olivo!

We dined at Olivio and thoroughly enjoyed both the food and the relaxed atmosphere. Our table was ready and marked reserved when we arrived.
The staff couldn’t have done more and regularly checked to see if we needed anything or if we would like to order more beverages. The manager was very visible checking with tables to see if they required anything further.
Well done on providing great food and service.

On Wed the 5th myself and 3 other Italian food lovers visited Olivio for dinner. We were welcomed by a lovely member of staff and given our choice of tables. Very impressive restaurant and fine tables with plenty of room. Our starters were all top class and a great start to the meal. The mains were sublime. The sea bass got a rave review and my own choice of Penne alla Carbonara was the best I have ever eaten.Very good choice of desserts with the Limoncello elected the star. The last time we had food like this was when we were in Lake Garda. We will be regulars to Olivo.

My hubby and I brought our 5 year old for her birthday meal in Olivo. They made us feel very welcome from the start and brought the kids colouring pack as soon as we sat down! We went for pasta, I had linguine with king prawns and hubby had penne with chicken in tomato sauce and they were both delicious. Our daughter had fish goujouns and chips, the fish was fresh and tasty and she finished the whole meal, good portion size too. The ice cream came with a candle for her to blow and that was really nice. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and we will definitely go back!

Food was excellent... Pizzas where to big to eat all of it! Burger was a good beef taste not like some fulled with herbs! Delicious desserts... Only thing is when it got busy, it took over 35mins to remove our main dinner plates, we had to go to bar and ask for dessert menu as we where waiting so long!
But will be going back!
