Chef Andy McFadden earned a Michelin star at the tender age of 25 and his menus are both technically accomplished and refreshingly ingredient-focused.

Comeragh mountain lamb with anchovies sits alongside smoked eel with piglet belly, apple and cucumber and there is also an excellent selection of vegetarian dishes.

Round off a very special evening with a selection of premium wines and champagnes.
