Smokin Bones grew from a stall at Herbert Park Barbecue festival in 2014, and they still serve the very same authentic ribs, pulled pork and brisket, simply cooked with wood and plenty of time.
Get your paws on towering burgers including the signature pitmaster (with bacon, cheese and lettuce), spatchcock chicken and mouth-watering sides such as crispy onion rings and gooey mac ’n’ cheese. Sharing plates and vegetarian options are available.
