A welcome addition to The Mardyke entertainment complex, Woolshed has to be Cork's favourite sports bar and chilled hangout. Known for its delectable bar and grill, feel free to dine on comforting, meatalicious mouthfuls whilst cheering on your team!

Where the Iconic pub meets contemporary decor, the innate pleasures of inside/outside dining and HD sports screens, this eatery has a bit of everything. Wherever you are, be it curled up with the gang on an engulfing sofa inside or on a bar stool in their sunny conservatory, there's always a seat from which to celebrate kick-off. And if the game isn't on your agenda and you just fancy a relaxed evening in the company of loved ones, Woolshed's bistro tables are a more intimate way to get your feast on.

And when we say 'feast', we really mean it. The BBQ is always rustling up a storm with the likes of smoky, 14-hour slow-cooked pulled pork, Guinness-braised pork ribs and brisket burnt ends (perfect with a generous lick of Holy Smoke BBQ sauce) on the menu. Then we get to the burgers where just about every patty is ready for demolishing. From the immense dipped cheese double beef patties to crispy Southern fried chicken and bacon cheeseburger, there are plenty of opportunities to spoil that impeccably white shirt.

If that doesn't appeal, nothing hits the spot quite like some BBQ chicken. Keep it bite-sized with some smoky wings, Korean chicken bites and buffalo wings and add on some loaded fries for some ultimate dipping action. And if you're abstaining from meat altogether, Woolshed has an entirely vegan menu dedicated to serving up vegan burger patties, loaded nachos and chilli. Armed with a kids menu too and a bustling bar that's never short of a pint or three, Woolshed is somewhere for the whole clan to congregate. It's simply baaa-rilliant!
