For supper, diners can expect local produce to take centre stage from the very beginning with tasty small plates like scampi tempura, goats' cheese salad and black pudding atop toasted sourdough. The bigger plates take on even bigger flavours with the daily catch transformed into beer battered fish and chips, slow braised beef rib with a spring onion mash, and Irish sea trout dolled up with smoked bacon lardons and a stunning pea velouté.
