Promotion

Win a €70 First Table gift voucher to gift to Mum this Mother's Day.

Promotion period

Campaign Promotion commences on Wednesday March 11 at 07:00am (GMT) and closes on Saturday March 21 at 11:59 pm (GMT). All online entries must be received by the closing time frame as stated.

Promoter

The Promoter of the Campaign is First Table Limited. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the giveaway. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the giveaway. 

Eligible entrants 

This Campaign is open to those who enter via First Table’s online entry form and who are 18 years or older as of the date of entry. The Campaign is only open to legal residents of Ireland and is void where prohibited by law. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Agreement to rules

By participating, the Contestant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of First Table as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.

How to Enter

The Campaign must be entered by completing and submitting the giveaway entry form on www.firsttable.ie/competitions/mothers-day-2020. The entry must fulfil all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Commenting on the associated Facebook or Instagram post is not a condition of entry.

Multiple entries from the same person will not be accepted in this Promotion period. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of First Table. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of First Table.

Prize

The Competition Winner of this Mother’s Day Giveaway will receive a First Table Gift Voucher to be redeemed as booking credit on the First Table website. Please note, gift vouchers cannot be redeemed at restaurants directly. The total prize value is €70 and the booking credit is calculated on 12 bookings.

First Table gift voucher terms and conditions:

• Gift Vouchers are delivered by email in PDF format
• Gift Voucher is redeemable for credit on First Table website in the same currency as displayed on the Voucher
• First Table credit can be used to book First Tables online at the First Table website
• Gift Vouchers may not be redeemed at restaurants directly
• Gift Vouchers have no expiry date
• Gift Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Gift Vouchers can not be exchanged for cash

Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be selected by a random drawing of the Promotion under the supervision of First Table within 48 hours of the competition ending. The Winner will be notified by email. First Table shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within four days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

Claiming Prize 

The Winner must have a free First Table account to redeem the voucher credit. First Table will email the winning First Table gift voucher to the Winner via email. The Winner can enter the voucher code at www.firsttable.ie/gift-vouchers/redeem to redeem the credit on their First Table account.

The Winner can make First Table booking on www.firsttable.ie. The Prize does not expire. 

Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. No substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for First Table to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Rights Granted by You

By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that First Table, anyone acting on behalf of First Table, and First Table licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World. This is without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
