Tucked away down a quiet alleyway in a former bonded warehouse in Cork’s historic Victorian Quarter, Greene’s boasts quietly elegant interiors and a handful of al fresco tables overlooking a waterfall.

Chef Bryan McCarthy’s food philosophy is simple: local, fresh and staying true to each ingredient’s essence. Expect the likes of Dublin Bay prawn dumplings, rare breed pork belly and Macroom lamb with preserved damsons. If you’re feeling hungry, the 10 course degustation menu is a must.

Sommelier Frank Schiltkamp has more than 20 years experience and has curated an excellent selection of mostly European wines.
