dinner

Decadent food with an equally opulent setting to match, Brookwood is an elegant steakhouse that proudly serves the best of Irish produce for your pleasure.

The perfect place to mark any special occasion, Brookwood immerses diners in glossy, old-school glamour. A luscious mix of artful leather upholstery, marble features and gleaming floors, not a single wine glass is out of place. A 3-floored culinary spectacle, feel free to take a look around, maybe dropping off at the stunning bar lit by dozens of lanterns, or in the bougie lounge. Wherever you decide to enjoy your evening, make sure to get a snap of the exterior that shimmers and shines with the lights of hundreds of fairy lights

For unparalleled steak, you've come to the right place. Sourced from the finest Irish Black Angus herds, Brookwood's chosen butcher utilises Ireland's rainy climate to create a bounty of food for the cattle. Coupled with traditional dry ageing methods, Brookwood's steaks always boast an incredible depth of flavour that is preserved by thoughtful cooking. Simply pair your striploin, ribeye or fillet of black Angus with your choice of chimichurri or peppercorn sauce and enjoy Dublin's finest steak in all its glory.

Aside from the steaks, they also know a thing or two about seafood. With a revolving market fish of the day, as well as mussels from Roaring Water Bay, Ireland's seas never fail to amaze and tantalise the tastebuds. Paired with a side of Gruyere & truffle mac n' cheese or buttered garlic greens, this is a supper born of culinary mastery that centres on Ireland's plentiful lands.
