Salamanca

Crowned as one of the first tapas bars to grace Dublin's bustling streets, Salamanca is serving plates that are small in size, but huge in flavour!

Injecting colour and fun in all they do, you can expect a lively dining experience that's full of pop. Their saloon-esque dining is a lush mix of warm oranges, zesty yellows and brooding browns. When it comes to tapas, all bases are covered. Think charcuterie, grilled meat, fresh fish and tantalising vegetarian dishes. Pan-fried salmon, battered prawns and calamari make their debut, as well as some oozing goats cheese croquettes and the almighty Spanish omelette.
