Proud to support local farmers, growers and butchers, the kitchen focuses on fresh and seasonal flavours. From Irish black Angus beef and Wicklow lamb, to fresh seafood and seasonal veggies, everyone will find something to love on the menu. Signature dishes include the striploin steak with buttered mashed potato and the fresh trofie liguri pasta.
