Every Dubliner knows the legendary Café Diem and the equally legendary brains behind it. Introducing Mo, the culinary wizard behind Mo's Pizza that serves the Italian classic with a brilliant Moroccan twist.

Bejewelled and resplendent, the pizza oven stands loud and proud within this rustic eatery. Shimmering with hundreds of copper tiles, it's responsible for some of the best pizzas in Dublin. In contrast, the furniture showcases some remarkable woodwork with glossy, irregular shaped tables, a bar in the same style and a warm exposed brick wall that encases everything with cosy warmth.

The menu challenges us to rethink the humble pizza. Standing alongside classics like four cheese and vegetarian is Mo's signature pizza with soligo mozzarella, spicy beef and porcini mushrooms. Taking a more experimental route is the Taste of Morocco with Moroccan sausages, kofta fingers and goat's cheese. All beautifully unique with flavours you can't get enough of, Mo presents to us the future of pizza. Remember to add on some tasty dips to really get your tastebuds tingling and feel free to dip each slice generously!

The ending is up to you. Choose an Italian destination with a traditional tiramisu or go further afield for some crispy baklava. When it comes to extraordinary pizza, Mo's running the show!
