Izumi brings a Japanese-led menu to Dublin 9, with a playful nod to wider Asian favourites.

Expect clean, precise flavours with a dash of indulgence: delicate salmon and tuna, crisp tempura, and dishes beautifully anchored by rich umami and a keen sense of balance.

For sushi lovers, the line-up ranges from neat nigiri and glistening sashimi to creative hand rolls that play with texture, like the classic Philadelphia and prawn tempura.
