Izumi brings a Japanese-led menu to Dublin 9, with a nod to wider Asian comforts. Expect clean, precise flavours with a dash of indulgence — delicate salmon and tuna, crisp tempura, and everything anchored by rice, umami and a keen sense of balance.

Sushi lovers can work their way from neat nigiri and glistening sashimi to hand rolls that play with texture, like the Philadelphia and prawn tempura.
