Keeping to the times with a compelling lust for life, this eatery celebrates everything that the world has to offer, from bold flavours to glamorous allure, dancefloor-filler tunes and unbelievable wines. Welcome to India Today, one of Dublin's most exciting destinations.

We say 'destination' because India Today is so much more than a restaurant. It's where Dublin's hip society goes to let their hair down, indulge all the senses and forget the world outside. Indeed, their modern and stylish dining room is a far cry from the capital's bustling streets, treating diners to ample space in which to make the evening their own. A soft blue colour scheme pervades the establishment, creating a soft tranquillity which is nicely juxtaposed by the post-work activity at the bar and the resident DJ who always reads the room just right. As we said, it's so much more than a restaurant...

But that doesn't stop them from dazzling everyone with spectacular Indian plates. From the clay oven and charcoal grill come irresistibly smoky flavours ranging from delicious sheek kebab, Irish lamb chops in a spritely ginger marinade, charcoal seabass and, of course, the much-loved chicken tikka. All cooked to perfection, the Tandoor never fails to amaze.

Other mains touch the cornerstones of Indian cuisine, serving up mouthwatering curries that achieve new depths of flavour. From the fiery lamb saagwalla to BBQed chicken jalfrezi, hot and sour king prawns and palak paneer, you'll find that India Today take everyday recipes and transform them into something quite remarkable. Paired with any of their international wines and you're in for an absolutely unforgettable supper. Touring the vineyards of France, New Zealand and Spain, it's only a matter of time before India Today becomes your tomorrow... and all the days after that.
